My wristband surely had a fun time during its three and a half hours stay in Las Vegas. It left Sin City this afternoon. I assume it is somewhere in Utah now, but UPS hasn’t updated the tracking info. Should have it in my possession tomorrow!

UPDATE: She has officially arrived in Salt Lake!

1. Grouplove “Colours” from Grouplove EP
I saw this band live last night in Salt Lake and they were amazing. I’ve loved this track since a radio friend first introduced me to the band in early February. The group has only been together about a year, and they are looking to have a big 2011 having signed to Atlantic and releasing their debut LP later this year. The currently have a self-titled EP available which features this song.

The Foo Fighters sent their white limo out on a road trip tour of the country and it made two stops in Salt Lake today. This is from the earlier stop at This Is the Place Park. The new Foo album sounds pretty damn legit and I got to see a friend that I hadn’t seen in about a year. Winning.

The above is an email received by yours truly today from UPS letting me know my wristband was en route. THIS MAKES ME SO F**KING HAPPY! I have friends who have received their wristband and now I know mine is on its merry little way to my door step. Oh happy day!

Only two and half weeks until Coachella, ladies and gentlemen. I AM SO READY FOR THIS.

Salt Lake recently changed their policy on traffic tickets and implemented license plate scanning to catch those with two or more outstanding tickets. This is what will happen to your car if you don’t pay your tickets. Or you could just not violate parking laws. Either way.

The sophomore album from these Seattlites is another great one.

The Foo Fighters’ White Limo has been touring the country promoting the band’s forthcoming seventh studio album, Wasting Light. Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 29th, the White Limo Tour will make two stops in Salt Lake City:
